Our coating services are performed in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, utilizing two advanced Leybold L560 vacuum coating machines. These machines are equipped with ion sources and e-beam evaporators, with one featuring Macrotech (Germany) PLC controller for enhanced precision and process management. Our capabilities span a broad wavelength range of 200 to 2500nm, including:


Anti-Reflection (AR) Coatings:

  1. Single Layer MgF2

    • Multi-layer Broadband AR coatings

    • V-Coatings

    • Dual Band AR coatings

    • High damage threshold laser coatings, like 1064nm and 1540nm

  2. Beamsplitter Coatings: To achieve specific reflection and transmission ratios.

  3. Protected Aluminium Coatings: Offering enhanced durability and reflectivity. We offer aluminium coatings with soft protection for down to 200nm or hard protection for use from 220nm upwards.

  4. Protected Silver coatings

  5. Dielectric mirror coatings for specific wavelengths with reflections upto 99%
